House prices rose in all regions compared to the second quarter of 2021, with the most significant increases in the Autonomous Region of Madeira (+21%), the Algarve (+20%), and the Azores (+19%).

Comparing current prices with those before the pandemic, the Madeira region experienced the highest rise (49%), followed by the Algarve (45%), and Lisbon (32%). Porto also saw a significant increase of 31%​
